Lambs Fry & BaconYou need: Bacon rashers Lambs fry Margarine or butter Mixed herbs Salt and pepper Onions Flour Stock (gravox or chicken stock) Method: Cut lambs fry in thin slices and soak in milk. Fry bacon and keep warm. Melt margarine in same pan and fry slices of lambs fry after being dipped in seasoned flour (season is salt and pepper). Allow only two minutes on each side. Add stock (wine an optional) and herbs, add bacon and lambs fry. Tomato sauce can be added in place of gravox. This will give a rich colour and a pleasant taste. Serving Suggestion: Serve with toasted triangles. A seasoned grilled tomato can also be added.
