2-3 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 3/4 Cup chopped red onions 4 Fresh garlic cloves, peeled and minced 2 Cups Diced Tomatoes 8 Fresh Basil leaves, chopped 8-10 Fresh Oregano leaves, chopped 4 oz.Good White Wine 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce Add "Season All" to taste 2 Tbsp. Sugar or Splender 1/2 Cup Tomato pasta Fresh Parsley 4 oz.Good Parmesan cheese, grated
In a saute pan, saute the onions in olive oil. Add the garlic and reduce the heat. Allow the onions and garlic to simmer in the olive oil. Add the tomatoes with the juice. Continue to simmer and add the basil, oregano, sugar and tomato paste,wine,and the fresh parsley and "SeasonAll" to taste. Simmer the sauce slowly for about 5-6 hours. Add the Parmesan cheese. Using a blender, puree the mixture. Serve on top pasta with Garlic Bread!
