Hot Pancake Toppings Makes 1 1/2 cups of each flavor
Raspberry Pancake Topping: Melt 1/2 cup ( 1 stick ) margarine in a heavy saucepan. Stir in 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup raspberry preserves. Heat stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Serve hot over pancakes.
Apricot Pancake Topping: Substitute 1/2 cup apricot preserves for raspberry preserves.
Orange Pancake Topping: Substitute 1/2 cup orange marmalade for raspberry preserves.
