I tossed some of these together tonight for the freezer. Very simple and a made up recipe so add or take away whatever you'd like.
1 Chicken breast 1/2 Cup Rice (I used brown) (nearly cooked) 1/4 Cup veggies ( I used Carrots and Green peas)
Preheat oven to 350°F Thaw and season chicken breast (mine had bones and skin this time). Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes Remove from oven and place rice, veggies and Chicken breast in "pouches" of foil. Return to oven and bake for 25 minutes longer. Remove and cool. If freezing for a longer period of time than a day or so, skip the last bake time.
I think these are going to be great to take in our lunches!!
