Left-over Sausage & Bean Casserole
Left-over sausages 1 tabs oil 1 onion, sliced 1 teas curry powder equal quantities of baked beans and Italian cooking sauce about 220g each 2 teas soy sauce 1/2 teas worcesterhire sauce
Prick sausages well with skewer, place in large pan, cover with water, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes, drain. Remove skins from sausages, cut sausages in half. Or use left over cooked sausages, from previous meals.
Heat oil in pan, cook onions and curry powder until onions are tender. Add baked beans, Italian Cooking Sauce or spaghetti sauce, soy sauce and worcestershire sauce, bring to boil, simmer 15 minutes.
