Potato Salad
3 medium potatoes 160g can whole kernel corn 1/8 cup chopped parsley sprinkle of salt and pepper 1/2 tab bottled french dressing 1/8 cup mayonnaise
Scrub the potatoes until they are clean. Boil them in water until tender. When cool, peel them and cut into cubes. Put cubes into a bowl. Open can of corn, and drain. Add to potatoes. Add the parsley, the salt and the pepper. Stir in French dressing and the mayonnaise. Gently mix and serve cold with cold meat slices from the deli.
