We are very much into quick pizzas here. First we did scone dough pizzas in our hometown 5 years ago, then pita bread microwave pizza, now a quick real bread dough that is quickly done in the microwave to speed the bread process then baked in the oven. So this is of particular interest to me, I got my recipe from a magazine. Scone Pizza (Biscuit Pizza)Ingredents: 225 gm flour 2 tsp baking powder ? tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp mustard powder 50 gm butter 50 gm grated cheese 50 ml milk 50 ml curd 1 egg 2 tbsp chopped onions salt and pepper to taste Toppingassorted vegetables 2 tsp oil 100 gm mozzarella cheese 1 tsp oregano Method: Combine flour, baking powder, soda and mustard. Rub in the butter to form crumbs. Stir in the cheese, onions, curd, egg and milk. Mix well to make a smooth dough. Pat out the dough into an 8-9" roundel. Brush with oil. Arrange the assorted vegetables and cheese on top of the roundel. Drizzle a little oil and sprinkle chopped herbs. Bake at 220 degree C for 15 minutes until the base is golden in color and the cheese has melted. Cut into wedges and serve hot. From: www.greatindianrecipes.com/great-indian-recipe-488.html
