They make this all the time, you may have heard me mention it before.
1 1/4 cups of plain flour 1 teaspoon of yeast (Lowan wholefood instant dried yeast) a pinch of salt a pinch of sugar 150ml of warm water
Put ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and mix together.
Put mix in the microwave on high for 15 seconds and leave for five minutes.
Repeat step 2.
Knead the dough.
Cook on 200oC until it is cooked properly. With toppings on?
