Oooh I am honored!
Well let's see - as for treats for the girls, I don't generally make anything special just for them. But, my treat for the whole family is Triple Chocolate Mess in the crockpot.
Triple Chocolate Mess
1 box chocolate cake mix 1 large box chocolate pudding 8 ozs. sour cream 3 eggs 1 cup water 1/3 cup of vegetable oil 8 ozs chocolate chips
Mix the chocolate cake mix and pudding mix together in a bowl. Set aside. Beat the eggs and add the water and oil. Mix until smooth. Add the sour cream and mix. Add the wet to the dry and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into greased crock. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Place a paper towel under the lid to absorb the excess moisture. Serve in bowls with ice cream or whipped topping.

Low fat salad dressing - well I really don't have a recipe. Sometimes DH and I mix a bit of sesame oil and soy sauce together with some oj and use that. It is very good.

We eat rice a lot BR. The girls LOVE rice. I do a lot of things in the crock pot - especially chicken with mushroom soup and italian dressing mix. This ia great over rice. And, when we grill something, we generally have rice as well.
