Caribbean Squash SoupThe heart of the Caribbean seems to be part of this magnificent soup; spices, exceptional ingredients and the sea breeze. Ingredients 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. squash cut in small pieces 2 cloves garlic 1 medium onion Tie up these spices: parsley, thyme, bay leaf, celery, leek, scallion, carrots, and marjoram 2 tomatoes - medium pealed, chopped, seeded 2 Goya Chicken Bouillons envelopes 5 cups water 3 oz. white wine 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp salt and pepper Directions 1. Simmer all the ingredients except salt, pepper and cream in a big pot. 2. Heat until the squash is tender and soft. 3. Take the spices out and blend. Pour back into the pot. 4.
