Honey and macadamia wafersDegree of difficulty: Low You need: 200g softened butter 1 1/2 cups caster sugar 1/2 cup honey 1 cup plain flour 4 egg whites 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Blend butter, sugar, honey, flour and egg whites in a food processor until completely smooth. Spread the mixture on paper-lined trays - spread very thinly and sprinkle with macadamias. Bake until golden, turning the trays if needed. Cool on trays and then break into pieces. Store in airtight containers. Chopped chocolate can be added with the macadamias.
