Let us know what you do with your paste. I found some quince jelly or jam? in the store yesterday. They call them a coing here. Tonight we had the quince paste. ds loved the dish, I think we all did. Lamb with quince pasteThis has been a listener favourite! You need: 4 Lamb fillets 1 tub of quince paste A splash of white wine Potatoes and greens for the side Method: Brown the lamb fillets in a frying pan Add the quince paste As the paste reduces, add a splash of white wine to thin the sauce to your desired consistency Serving Suggestion: Serve lamb on a bed of mashed potato, greens on the side, and drizzle the quince sauce to finish! From: www.abc.net.au/victoria/stories/s1633257.htmIt is a really healthy meal, as bought stir-fry sauces no doubt have lots of additives.

Today I found that they sell quince jelly and another quince blend at the craft shop. They are handmade preserves people make for extra money.
