Our home sold this morning!. Ya hooie..So that means we got the one we wanted over in Columbia and sold this one for just a bit below the asking price. Can you believe it.

Ok, so I will feel better after these folks show up to do a contract with us, but they are paying cash...Yahooie again.

So gals, I really need to sell some of this stuff I posted. No reasonable offer refused!!
