Just thought I would let all of you know that I'm in an awful funk. Nothing I do is working to get me out of it just yet.
If I'm not posting much it is because I am having a hard time being up and positive right now. I don't want to drag you all down with me and my negative attitude.
Don't worry about me, I'll get out of it, I always do, just takes time.
I'll probably be off and on for a bit until I feel like I can contribute something.

Aww Deed. Sorry to hear your in a funk. I can relate. Please know that your loved, cared about and needed here at HH and in my life as well. Let me know if I can do anything..

Thank you ladies and special thanks to Car, who probably doesn't even know how much I needed just to talk yesterday.  I am feeling much more positive this morning and after a good nights sleep, I'm ready to take on the day! Thanks again gals, you are all special ladies! |

Dee, must be the "Funk Month" I seem to be in one as well. I just want you to know how very precious you are to me and many of us here. I love you so much and feel a special kind of bond with you.

Hope we are all out of our funk times. It's hitting hard here as well. Wonder if it has to do with summer winding down and the dreaded winter approaching. Like you, nothing in particular wrong, just feel like I'm stuck in the pits.

I think so too Pat. One day I'm great and very busy, next day I'm looking at the bottom of the barrel.  and I'm on an antidepressant med! It is to help control my hot flashes but it should still help with these mood swings of mine? I have my 3 month check up at the end of Sept., I'll be talking to the doc about it then. For now all we can do is take one day at a time. {{{Pat}}} |

I always get in a funk in autumn. To be honest I didn't know what a funk was! I guess you mean flat.
Spring here is such a busy time though, people just get busier and busier, spring ends at the end of November, and then there is Christmas and end of year activities at school.

Sound like funk and flat are the same thing BR. It is like you want to do things but you just can't make yourself...and you don't care much..
