Well, the Williamon's go out once a week for fish so tonight is that night.
We love the country style fish and since I don't like to cook fish at home we always eat it out. Yum.
How bout you? What's cooking at you place.

It is the English term for sausages or possibly sausage links, not sure your exact name for plain sausages, like brats, but more plain.

Maybe it is breakfast sausage. I thought that breakfast sausage was like our sausage mince that we make sausage rolls out of, sort of mushy. Very long story.

Our breakfast sausage is mushy before it is put into casing. That is called a link. Then we have the ground up patted out in patties. Both are eaten as breakfast meat. You can get plain or spicy.

Ours is not really ground. It is really smooth. I have been wondering if sausage and gravy and biscuits were patties.
The bangers or BBQ sausages must be links then I'd say.

The closest things to a good ol' Brit banger is those Johnsonville Stadium Brats <-- (clickable link!). We had HM chook soup with biscuits from Master Mix and choco pudding for dessert. But after hearing BR's dinner, I've decided I'm still hungry and going to her house! LOL

I'm going to try them with mustard and chives next time. I love making biscuits or scones, my favorite baking.
