Vegemite and Cheese BreadChef: Rosemary Mowat This one is lovely with soup. Serves 3 loaves Degree of difficulty: Low You need: 3 and 1/2 cups of self raising flour 250 grams of tasty cheese (grated) 1 tablespoon Vegemite 1 and 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup chopped spring onion Method: Warm 1/2 cup milk in a pot and dissolve the vegemite. Combine flour, cheese, onion and remainder of milk. Stir in vegemite and remaining milk and mix very well. Knead and cook in round portions or 3 portions. Cook in a moderately hot oven.
