Lemon Ice-Box Pie 1 (8 or 9 inch) graham cracker crust 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated) 1/3 cup Real Lemon Reconstituted Lemon Juice 3 egg whites 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 2 cups whipped topping In medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and ReaLemon and mix well. In a small bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff but not dry; gently fold into sweetened condensed milk mixture. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours. Top with whipped topping. Note: Can be garnished with graham cracker crumbs. A few drops of yellow food coloring can be added to the condensed milk mixture.
