1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 2 teaspoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1 pound hot dogs, cut into bite-size pieces, or cocktail wieners, smoked sausage, etc.
Combine everything but hot dogs in the slow cooker; cover and cook on high 1 to 2 hours, until well heated. Add hot dogs, stir, and cook another 1 to 2 hours, until heated through. Turn to low to keep warm; serve from the slow cooker
