Coconut Slice
Cream 4oz butter and 1/2 cup sugar until light and fluffy add 1 tablespoon golden syrup then 3/4 cup coconut and 1 cup SR flour. Mix well. Press into 11 x 7 inch tin. Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
Topping: Put 2/3 cup condensed milk into bowl add 1 cup sifted icing sugar and 1 tab cocoa mix well, add 1 cup coconut, vanilla and 1oz melted butter. Spread over cooled base and sprinkle with coconut.
