Chocolate Fruit Squares
1/2 cup drinking chocolate 1/2 cup finely crushed plain sweet biscuits (cookies, hard) 3/4 cup condensed milk 1 tablespoon sherry 4oz dark chocolate 1 1/2 cups coconut 1 cup sultanas 1 cup crushed cornflakes 1 oz chopped walnuts.
Combine drinking chocolate, coconut, sultanas, cornflakes, walnuts and crushed biscuits. Add condensed milk and sherry, mix well to a stiff spreading consistency. Spread mixture over base of lightly greased and paper lined 7" x 11" lamington tin. Refrigerate 1 hour, turn out of tin, remove paper. Roughly chop chocolate, melt over hot water. Spread melted chocolate over fruit base, mark decoratively with fork. Allow chocolate to set, cut into squares for serving.
