I have done the same thing, before we moved here I would buy lots of magazines. I do borrow some at the library now as well. Now when I buy them I find like you that there is nothing new under the sun, though some of the modern magazines I find good, the food ones, and perhaps decorating (not modern, but T&T), which I was buying mostly before and Women's magazines. I had found that my dh is getting a real run on with his adaptation. Meaning he is getting better, I have noticed this the past year. For example he adds sugar to tomatoes, or fries sausages well before adding to recipes and little things like that. Your favourite magazines sounds fascinating. Will check out the websites of the ones I hadn't heard of. I just went onto www.cucinait.com/World/Home_We.aspthe world site, and found 103 recipes for prosciutto (I am slowly learning to spell it as well lol). Yesterday I spent ages trying to find a recipe for it and went back to our standby which has a pesto with sundried tomatoes. We didn't have these so used normal pesto. I couldn't believe there weren't more recipes for prosciutto yesterday. Will check them out, thanks . Now another question. What are your favourite kind of cheeses? Do you eat a lot of cheese?

CHEESE ;D I LOVE cheese! We eat lots of Reggiano Parmesan, Locatelli Romano, a local blue cheese from Point Reyes Cheese...... Petit Basque, Rumiano's Dry Jack...(the older the better!)...We eat greek Feta on top of fresh tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar with fresh thyme chopped over the top. I like the goat cheese from Redwood Farms and lots of fresh Mozzarella. We have a nice grocery store called Nugget Market where we can get all of these. nuggetmarket.com/www.redwoodhill.com/www.pointreyescheese.com/

Can you believe that I had my first Oreo when I was older than 36? They came in a Christmas Hamper. Next question: What is your least favourite food?

We went to our fave sushi restaurant and Tyson, the chef, asked if we we would like to try a Japanese delicacy, no charge, his treat.....but of course! So he plated some monkfish liver that had been maybe soaked in Sake....Hmm...I'd have to say I don't like monkfish liver...tastes like Friskies cat food smells! That's about it though.. Rattlesnake does taste like chicken...pretty good, other than ...you know...it's a snake....eeewww!
