Cupcake you haven't been Chef Of the Week. Would you like to give it a try?
We usually finish on a Friday, you could be chef of the week until next Friday.
If so we just ask questions of you about food!

Oh Ladies, I am so sorry, I have not been here the past few days and I had completey forgotten this.
Ok I enjoy cooking chicken and turkey. Using them in stir fries and also sometimes making fried chicken.
Favorite veggies I enjoy cooking are onions, carrots, peppers, cabbage and potatoes.
Garlic is my favorite herb.
I find that I take 1 meat above, any veggies from above and garlic and use them together in either pasta, rice, or quiche, mix and match. ;D
I am one of those throw together kind of cooks that experiments alot ;D

Yum!
If you didn't have to consider your family's preferences, what would you love to cook (and eat!) for dinner just once?

Hmmmm that is a tough one. There is always a complainer in my house no matter what I cook. I might go for some really good Mexican food. How I miss that. I am in search for some recipes. I will post as I find them. Sometimes all I want is a simple bowl of cereal for dinner! ;D

Usually someone asks a question here or there.
I haven't heard of that cheese cupcake, how interesting.
After avoiding sauerkraut for about 40 years, I actually like it now and have some in the fridge. We had to learn to eat German foods as there are some Germans here and our shop had limited things at the start. I am hoping I find a Rookwurst to put with it one day soon.
What are your favourite cheeses cupcake?

My favorite cheese is the cheese I grew up on which is cheddar. I still prefer the American cheeses over the French ones. I miss Jack, Colby and Munster from America. (Almost sounds like men's names ;D) For French cheeses I think I enjoy Camembert first followed by Colummiers and then Brie. They are all much stronger than the cheeses I grew up on.
