The recipe is the result of a couple of recipes and me picking & choosing what I like and coming up with a final recipe. Serves 6 7-12 oz. of green salsa (depending on how spicy you like it - I use 7oz.) 3 cups of cooked chicken 3 cups of chicken broth 15oz. Great Northern Bean (or any white bean - drained) 1 tsp. cumin In a saucepan, cook the green salsa for about 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook until heated. You may serve it with a dollap of sour cream or guamole. For garnish you can add tortilla strips.
