Creamy Cocoa Serves: 12
6 cups nonfat dry milk 1 ¼ cup granulated sugar 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (optional)
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon. Pour into zip tight bag, 2-quart jar or tall container. For use anytime.
To make a single serving measure ½ cup of the cocoa mix into microwave safe cup. Stir in 1 cup boiling water. {For additional calcium and protein, reconstitute with 1 cup nonfat milk}. Makes 12 servings.
