serves: 4
2 cups water 4 chamomile herbal tea bags 2 cups ice cubes 1 cup white grape juice 1 cup sparkling water 12 white or red grapes, for garnish
Bring the water to a boil and remove from heat. Place the tea bags in a tea pot and pour the hot water over them. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Uncover the pot and remove the tea bags. Add the ice cubes to the tea and let cool. Transfer the tea to a pitcher, add the grape juice, cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. When ready to serve, fill 4 tall glasses with ice. Fill the glasses 3/4 full with tea mixture and top them off with sparkling water. Garnish each glass with a few grapes.
