1 small banana, peeled and cut into chunks 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced [3/4 cup frozen strawberries] 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
In a blender, whirl the ingredients together until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
