There's something here for every taste. Alcohol may be substituted for the milk in any of the smoothies.
Pina Colada Smoothie
Serves 2
2 bananas 1-1/2 cups pineapple(fresh or canned) 1-1/2 cups milk 2 or 3 dates (optional) 1-2 tablespoons shredded coconut 2 tablespoons maple syrup ice cubes
Coffee Lover's Smoothie
Serves 2
1-1/2 milk 1/2 cup cold coffee 2-3 ice cubes 2 bananas a dash of cinnamon
Two Berry Smoothie Serves 1-2
1 banana 1/3 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup fresh halved strawberries 1/2 cup milk
Easy Tropical Fruit Smoothie Serves 1-2
