Chow Mein (Serves 4-5 people)
2 tbs oil 1 dessertspoon curry powder 3-4 sticks celery 1/2lb beans 1 pkt chicken noodle soup 1 onion, chopped 500g hamburger 1/2 cabbage, sliced 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, optional 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt
Warm oil and fry meat. Add onions when done add curry, stir for a minute. Add soup and water. Place all vegetables into the mixture with cabbage on top and cook for around 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice and soy sauce or ketchup. Can add pineapple pieces.
