Oven-baked Chicken Drumsticks Season 12 chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper and move into a roasting dish. Bring 1 cup chicken stock, 5 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce to the boil and then pour everything over drumsticks. Peel and thickly slice 1.5kg potatoes, 2 large brown onions and 3 garlic cloves. Strip and add the leaves of 2 sprigs rosemary and 1 bunch of thyme. Mix vegetables and herbs with 6 tablespoons olive oil and divide amongst the drumsticks. Roast in the oven at 200ºC for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Baste from time to time. Add a can of chopped tomatoes and check seasoning. Bake for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. From: www.colincampbellsgarden.com.au/recipes.html#zc
