Bulgur Pilaf with Dried Cranberries 2 tsp Becel Margarine, Regular or Salt Free 10 mL 1 small onion, chopped 1 1/2 cup chopped celery 125 mL 1 3/4 cups Knorr Chicken Broth 425 mL 1 cup bulgur 250 mL 1/2 cup dried cranberries 125 mL 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind 2 mL 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves 2 mL 1/4 tsp pepper 1 mL In a medium saucepan, heat margarine over medium heat. Sauté onion and celery 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until bulgur is tender and liquid is absorbed.
