If you like spice hot then this one's for you!
1 lb stew beef 1 Bottle Cajun Marinade 12 Cherry tomaotes washed 12 Mushroom buttons Cut in half 16 Asparagus spears blanched and cut in 2' sections 12 Wooden skewers
Wash meat and place in bowl with lid. Add bottle of marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours. Next day: Preheat grill to about medium heat. Thread meat, aletnating with asparagus, tomatoes and mushrooms. We use onion wedges too. Grill kabobs 15 minutes or until beef is done and veggies are crisp - tender. Brushing occassionally with remaining marinade.
Serves 6 2 kabobs each.
Serve with Cheesy rice and hot rolls.
