Bide/Pittes Recipe 1 kg flour 1 cube of yeast water a little sugar Dissolve the yeast in half a cup of lukewarm water adding a teaspoon of sugar . Leave to make a froth, mix with flour and add as much lukewarm water as it will take to make a bread dough. Knead well until the dough comes off your hands easily , let it rise for about an hour. Form small balls , flatten these with a rolling pin and bake at 400oF for 10-15 minutes. As soon as they rise, turn them over and bake, but leave them pale .
