I haven't heard of this, if anyone has tasted it, let me know! Peanut Butter Bread Ingredients:2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 salt 2 tbs unsalted butter, melted 2/3 dark brown sugar, firmly packed 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter 1 large egg, well beaten 1/4 cup roasted, unsalted peanuts 1/4 cup seedless raisins (come to think about it, is there such thing as seeded raisins? Who would eat that?) 1 cup buttermilk Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350df. 2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together into a bowl. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Beat well with an electric mixer. Add the beaten egg, beating until smooth. Add one-third of the flour mixture, continuing to beat until smooth. 4. Stir in peanuts, raisins, and buttermilk. Add remaining flour mixture aned blend well with a wooden spoon. 5. Pour mixure into a greased and floured (bottom and sdies dusted with flour) 9 1/4 inch loaf pan.
