1/4 cup non/lowfat margarine 3/4 cup sugar 2 bananas, mashed 2 egg whites or 2 tablespoons egg substitute 1-3/4 cups flour 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup non/lowfat vanilla yogurt 1 tsp vanilla extract Coat loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat), sprinkle with flour. Set aside. Using an electric mixer, beat margarine and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. When smooth, pour batter into pan. Bake at 350° F in center of oven for 50-60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, remove from pan and finish cooling on wire rack.
