So easy yet so classy. Enjoy as an appetizer or side dish.
Serves: 2
1 Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 large avocado, peeled and sliced (6.5 oz flesh) 14 oz fresh melon pieces (cantaloupe, watermelon)
Mix honey and lemon juice together and sprinkle over combined fruit and avocado. Serve well-chilled.
Serve with yogurt or cream.
