Tangy Broccoli-Spinach Salad ( Recipe by 1Domestic Goddess )
1 medium head broccoli, cut into flowerets 4 cups fresh spinach leaves 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion 1/4 cup raisins 1 cup salad dressing 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons 5% white vinegar
In a large bowl, mix together broccoli, spinach, bacon, onion, and raisins. In another bowl, mix salad dressing, sugar and vinegar. Add to vegetable mixture; toss lightly. Serves 6 to 8.
