1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 shallot, minced 1 Tbsp honey 1 1/2 tsp grainy mustard 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil Salt, to taste Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Combine balsamic vinegar, shallot, honey and mustard, Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the mixture is well blended. Season with salt and pepper and set aside
