A refreshing citrus mayonnaise-based dressing that’s perfect over any type of fresh fruit.
1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp sugar 3 - 4 Tbsps half & half 1 tsp poppy seed 1 tsp grated lime or orange peel
Whisk together all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 2/3 cup dressing.
TIP: Serve over assorted fresh fruit, as desired.
