This is a close as I can get them. 
1 box of Jiffy Maple flavored pancake mix
Eggs
Sasuage or bacon (maple flavored)
Cheese (singles)
Mix the pancake mix according to directions for 2" cakes.
Scramble eggs and cut with a 2" cookie cutter.
Cook sasuage make sure it is the size of your pancakes.
Assemble and serve. I also freeze these without the cheese, just add your cheese when ready to eat
The key I have found is the Maple flavored pancake mix from Jiffy brand.
