INGREDIENTS 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 2 cups buttermilk 1/3 cup vegetable oil Strawberry pancake syrup and whipped cream, optional SERVINGS 8 CATEGORY Breakfast/Brunch PREP 10 min. COOK 15 min. TOTAL 25 min. DIRECTIONS In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs; add buttermilk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until combined. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown. Serve with syrup and whipped cream if desired.
