Do you have fax capabilities from your printer? I do but have never used it. I was thinking I should set it up so I can fax work to my bosses. Anyone know how to do this..
Is there software for it? Or do I just set it up? Help. Oh yea, I have a Dell, all in one, 940
Thanks

Yes Car, I have an All-in-one HP something or other. In your computer you can call up your printer. Somewhere in that program is where you can set it all up. All info on yourself and then to people you will fax to on a regular basis. Don't know how to help you other than that, as I have never seen a Dell printer.

I have a Toshiba, we haven't had it long. DH would know, but he is in our regional centre all day, it takes 1 1/2 hours to get there then he has to wait for the car to be fixed.

We have one and have for a few years now but I don't know how to mess with it. I love the fact that we can send the faxes we receive straight to the computer and prin out only what we need of it

Ellise, I am more interested in sending faxes than receiving them. I phoned Dell and they said that the soft ware was included in my computer box. Ummmm ok. Guess I need to look harder for it. LOL

Hey! Here's the user guide for your printer: support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/a940/Let me see if I can find the fax part. My best guess is if you are using the printer, it's all ready installed on your machine. Have you tried searching your PC for fax?

I have a Lexmark. I just open the "All In One Center" and choose the task. When I was working for Hospice, I faxed my paperwork in every morning. Very convenient.
