I watched a local news report this week, it talked of the frustration of people when you call an 800 number for service for something and all you get is the automated run-a-round. I have recently dealt with that and so this story caught my attention. There are times when dealing with a company, or maybe a credit card, and all you need is for one live person to answer the phone cause all you need is to have a simple question answered. It don't matter how many options you listen to, or what buttons you push, NO REAL PERSON will talk to you...now that is frustrating. Anyway, after this news story they published a link of how to "get around" automated phone systems for a number of companies, when you want to talk to a live person. I went to the link and printed the list off, it may come in very handy sometime!
