I haven't heard great reports of them, Br, but that can be partly dependent on where you live. After much deliberation, we will be changing to Internode just as soon as Ozemail/iinet cancel us. They are very slow in doing so. I decided on Internode after a year of reading about them on the discussion boards on www.whirlpool.net.auReliablility, speed and price are my priorities. Internode are slowly building their adsl2 network in Victoria, and have one planned nearby, so I'm hoping it won't be long before we can get on that network. Of all the internet service providers, I would think that good old big pond would be the biggest.

Just remembered....spoke to a lady yesterday who is with Alphalink. She has chosen a limited hours plan, something like 3am to 3pm, which suits her (no kids), and only pays $99 a year. She's the third person I know who has been with alphalink for years, and has been happy with the service.

With the one we heard about you have to type in the STD numbers you use regularly to see if they will be included in the cheap price. The plan we were hoping to get isn't offered any more. Also my Mum's town isn't included. So that was disappointing.
