Grr, now that would drive me mad too Lucie. I get alot of wrong numbers here. Our phone number use to belong to the Department of Mines and Minerals and I still get their calls. Ugh Hope the calls have stopped for you.

Yes, they have. A friend suggested to me,that maybe it was a girl calling, too shy to speak...since we do have 3 teenagers...lol ...I thought maybe that was it...no more silent calls since that time.
Oh Carolyn, that must be very fustrating. You must receive alot of wrong number calls...can you change your phone number?...

RRRRRRR I understand what you mean, I don't like it either. Especially if Dh is out of town and Josh and I are home alone.

Yes, I probably could change the number Lucie. Mostly, now I just let the answering machine pick it up. You would be surprised at the number of people who do NOT leave a message when they get the machine. I assume if it is important enough they will leave a message. Most family and close friends call me on the cell phone instead. It does get irritating.
Good to hear your calls have stopped Lucie. Probably was a girl calling for your handsome sons. :-)

I keep the ringer off on my home phone, my family knows to call the cell phone if they need me.
