4 tsp grated lemon peel 2/3 cup lemon juice 5 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter
Put all ingredients except butter into blender. Blend well. With blender on low, gradually add melted butter and blend well. Place into heavy pan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes until bubbly and thickened. Makes 3 cups
