1 cup sugar 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 cup apple juice 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/4 cup butter or margarine
In a saucepan combine the dry ingredients. Stir in the apple juice and lemon juice. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils, boil for 1 minute. Add the butter and remove from heat. Refrigerate or freeze unused portion.
****Do not multiply recipe, it will not work
