12 large shrimp 1 egg 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup cold water * Vegetable oil for frying
How to Cook: Peel shrimp. Put flour in a bowl. Pour cold water over the flour and add an egg. Mix the batter lightly. Heat the oil to 350°F. Dip the shrimp in the batter. Fry the shrimp for about 3 to 5 min. Makes 4 servings *Be sure to use very cold water.
** Do not overmix the batter
