4 hot dog buns, split lengthwise 1 lb. lump crabmeat, picked over 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup minced celery salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Butter outsides of hot dog buns and brown in a skillet. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mound in buns. Gently press sides of buns together and serve. Makes 4 servings.
