1 box Scone mix or bisquik? or 2 cups SR flour pinch salt 30g butter or margarine, cut into small pieces 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water
Topping 1/4 cup tomato paste flavoured with 1 clove crushed garlic 1 small onion, cut into rings 1/2 capsicum, cut into rings 2 to 3 ham slices, cut into strips 1/3 cup pineapple peices 1 cup shredded tasty cheese.
Prepare dough. Rub butter into flour and salt, and mix liquids with bread knife. Shape into ball. Turn onto a floured board, use self raising flour. Knead lightly . Press out to cover the base of a greased pizza tray. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Spread over tomato paste. Arrange remainder of topping on base, finishing with cheese. Return to oven. Bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes or until topping is hot and cheese has melted. Serve hot with salad. You can make two thinner pizzas. Half recipe above.
