Hi, Kate,
Welcome to the group, from another newbie. :-) You may have seen some of my posts already (under Welcome Beth, etc) so I won't repeat too much here - in short, I'm a 37yo mental health worker, full-time student, wife of nearly 3yrs, mom to two cats and two grown stepkids. I live in New Zealand (since 2002), and am originally from Florida. I've been made to feel very welcome here - it's a great place to rest for a while on life's journey. :-)

thanks beth! i see by your avatar you are a cat person also. we have one cat who pretty well thinks she's human. i've heard new zealand is beautiful.
